SPONSOR / ADMINISTRATOR Sponsor/Adminstrator: Kōri-Oujo The Sponsor is hosting the sweepstakes. The prize has been provided by a third-party sponsor of the event. 3. ELIGIBILITY Open to legal residents of California who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Sponsor or Administrator are not eligible. Must be present at the event to win. 4. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD Begins on October 26, 2025 / 1PM PST and ends on October 26, 2025 / 4:30PM PST. All entries must be submitted before the drawing time on October 26, 2025 / 4:15PM PST. 5. HOW TO ENTER (IN PERSON) Free Entry: Attendees may receive one (1) entry by writing their name on the back of a raffle ticket and submitting it in the designated entry box at the event location: NuCloud / U.S.S. Hornet Giftshop. Purchase Entry: Attendees who make a qualifying purchase at the U.S.S. Hornet Giftshop during the Sweepstakes Period may receive one (1) additional entry per transaction by writing their name on an additional raffle ticket and submitting it in the same entry box. No online entries will be accepted. Limit: One free entry per person. One additional entry may be earned through qualifying purchases. 6. ALTERNATIVE METHOD OF ENTRY (AMOE) Free entry is available by attending the event in person and submitting a raffle ticket. Odds of winning are the same regardless of method of entry. 7. ODDS OF WINNING Odds depend on the total number of eligible entries received. 8. PRIZE DETAILS Two (2) winners will each receive one (1) Bibisama - Gintama Bomber Jacket - M/L (1x Black, 1x White colorway). Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $150 each. Total ARV: $300. 9. WINNER SELECTION Two winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries during the live event drawing on October 26, 2025 at 4:30 at the stage. 10. WINNER NOTIFICATION / CLAIMING PRIZE Winners will be announced live at the event. Winners must be present to claim their prize at the time of the announcement. If the winner is not present when their name is called, an alternate winner will be selected immediately from the same pool of entries. Prize must be accepted on site; unclaimed prizes will be forfeited. 11. PUBLICITY RELEASE By accepting the prize, winners grant Sponsor permission to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law. 12. GENERAL CONDITIONS Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the sweepstakes at any time. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, illegible, or misdirected entries. 13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Administrator, and prize provider from any and all liability arising from participation or acceptance of the prize. 14. TAXES Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes. 15. GOVERNING LAW This sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of California. 16. OFFICIAL RULES / WINNER LIST The Official Rules will be posted at https://korioujo.com/sweepstakes. A printed copy will also be available at the event location.
